Project Boundaries, Size and Location

The proposed Elverta Villages Specific Plan planning area covers approximately 1,734 acres and is bounded by:

northern boundary - the County line
eastern boundary - Gibson Ranch County Park & the "Cherry Creek" subdivision (e.g., properties along Rivergreen Dr., Green Spring Ct., Rifle Ridge Dr., Derringer Ct., Cherry Brook Dr., Claimstake Ct., & Colonnade Way)
southern boundary - property lines approximately 900 feet north of U Street to 16th Street where the southern boundary becomes U Street and then goes north around the "Milldale" subdivision (e.g., properties along Old Mill Way and Milldale Circle)
western boundary - property lines approximately 600 feet east of 9th St., then along Elverta Rd. to property lines approximately 1,350 feet west of Palladay Rd.
