Planning Projects Viewer

Curious about a construction project or a development proposal in your neighborhood or community? The Planning Projects Viewer allows you to search for and view private-application documentation associated with construction projects and development proposals.

The Planning Projects Viewer includes an interactive map which allows you to access documentation from project-location icons on a community map. Alternatively, if you know certain information about a project, you can enter it in the search fields in the navigation bar on the left hand side of the Viewer. This required information includes:

• Project Name
• Control (Application) Number
• Assessor’s Parcel Number
• Property Owner
• Applicant Name
• Status

To begin your search, select the link to the Planning Projects Viewer located at the bottom of this screen. Upon entering the site, there will be additional instructions at the top of the page along with a survey to tell us what you think about this new service. If you are unable to access any information on the screen, please review the viewer’s accessibility and system recommendations.
