The proposed SSHCP is in the initial stages of
environmental review. A significant step in the environmental review
process is identifying and analyzing conservation alternatives in the
Environmental Impact Statement. The SSHCP must balance the need to conserve
sensitive habitat with urban growth. Please join us at a workshop designed
to allow you to map particular locations within the Urban Development Area (UDA)
that you feel are important to sensitive species and habitats in the
