Planning staff has met with several agencies and County Departments to identify such issues and is in the process of meeting with other agencies. Because of the variety of ideas and issues identified by the multiple agencies, varying levels of problems have been identified that range from minor edit problems to entertaining the idea of changing the approach of certain existing policies.

Subsequently, issues are then grouped in to topics for discussion and, draft language are prepared by Planning staff & the agency staff. The draft language will be presented to focus group sessions for public input.
