General Plan Public Outreach Workshops

The Sacramento County Planning and Community Development Department has just concluded a series of ten public workshops that were held across the unincorporated area of the county to discuss the County’s General Plan Update, with a specific focus on new growth anticipated by 2030. The workshops consisted of interactive exercises to engage community members in a discussion regarding how to accommodate this growth, as well as how we can reinvest in existing communities.
