Extensive stakeholder outreach was conducted by Lucy & Co. in December 2007 and January 2008, including a number of municipalities, interests, and key organizations.  Participants provided information regarding the key opportunities and issues in developing this area as well as comments and concerns specific to their interests and goals.  The results of this process have been summarized and are available for viewing below.
